Update 2.0: It seems to have un-fixed itself. It is still jamming on every single page. I have emailed Troy and turned off the printer. Troy told me this morning that turning the printer off SHOULD reroute all the jobs to the other printer, although there is sometimes a short delay before it figures that out.
Update: Troy came by and said that both printers are now working. He also confirmed that our print release card funds are back up to $10.
The right printer has a terrible jam and GoPrint is not routing to the other printer. Troy is on his way over (10 am) to fix it. Students are printing to the second floor for now.
