Since UTC PD had no difficulty with the staff elevator taking him up 3rd floor last night I reported it to Mike. Mike tried the elevator just now with his swipe card and it did take him from 1st floor to 3rd floor and back. So perhaps whatever was wrong has been addressed either by facilities or the elevator company. Right now it appears to be functioning again, but as Mike says ride at your own risk!
I took the signs down on all floors at 3:00 P.M. and reported to the Administration Office that this elevator was operating to all floors again.
