Several printer issues swirling about this morning … Phillip came over take a look. Here’s what we have:
1st Floor:
Right printer is down and requires outside help. There is a mess of paper wrapped around the fuser.
Left printer was smudging, but Phillip swapped the toner from the other machine
2nd Floor:
Phillip indicated both printers are back up and running
