Thank you so much for your patience during this process. As far as we are aware, there are only two lingering issues that have a significant impact on our service desks and patrons, and they are both actively being worked on by campus IT and VTLS.
1) Direct links to e-reserves documents in the form of http://opac.lib.utc.edu/reserves/name_of_item.pdf are failing.
2) The patron login within the OPAC (generally used for self-renewal of materials) is failing.
