The printer on the left is unable to load paper from Tray 4 (the bottom tray) without jamming. I’ve contacted Troy and Phillip and removed all paper from the tray. Please do not load Tray 4 until Troy and/or Phillip have figured out the problem. Thanks! Lane
Any word on whether or not this has been fixed? I haven’t been loading tray 4 at closing.
