The left-hand printer on the first floor is proving uncooperative. We are getting many, many paper “jams” only to find that there is no actual jam, the printer just wants you to open the right side door and close it before proceeding with jobs. We turned the printer off for a while, which did no good. I put in a ticket with GoPrint about 45 minutes ago.
