We continue to have issues with phantom jams in the right-side printer. Jordan stopped by this morning and disabled Tray 4 which will hopefully solve the issue. Paper will need to be monitored more closely since we only have two small trays (2 &3) working. Both printers are currently up and running. Jordan will follow-up with Troy to see if another service call is in order.
REMINDER- Please submit a ticket through IT Footprints for any printer issues. This ensures that all IT staff members who work with our printers (Troy, Jordan) are aware of the issue. It also helps us document and track issues. I’ve added a link to the Footprints login page to the “Printing” bookmark category on both of the Ref Desk computers.
