This was reported earlier. I have sent in a second Footprints request. I will follow up with a phone call if I do not hear anything within the hour. Students are being referred to first floor for print jobs.

Troy stopped by and tried to fix the card reader, but was unable to resolve the hardware issue. He has set all 2nd floor printer to “free.” Try will return tomorrow to replace the card reader.
