After speaking with Stephen yesterday, there are a couple of issues to pass along.
1. With the now enforced “proper case” on passwords, patrons are STILL able to log in to MyMocsNet with improper case.
2. However, they are being blocked by other places downstream (i.e. Blackboard, EZProxy, etc.)
3. They should be directed to IAM.UTC.EDU to reset their password, or if they are unable to do so, they can contact the Helpdesk.
I will update this as I get further information/clarification today.
