IT is 2:43 printing is still down. IT has been contacted twice in the past 43 minutes. They are aware of the problem and are trying to fix it. As the helpdesk student told me before he hung up. Good Luck.

Printing is still down throughout campus. The Help Desk says that an email will go out to campus when printing is back up.

“Currently, there is a goprint outage. An emergency update applied to the server has caused unforeseen consequences causing the release stations to fail to read student’s Mocs Cards. I am working with the vendor to resolve this issue as soon as possible.”
