Service Requests 10/8/2014

Electrical outlet cover apparently kicked off the wall, 1st floor cafe area.  Cover is at Circ. desk, screws are missing.  Also have requested a Facilities person with a key to all the locked rooms to come over and conduct a search for the ladder.
