On all Commons printers, once Tray 5 is empty it does not automatically roll over and pull from Tray 4. Instead it kicks an error, and we have to manually tell the printer to pull from the other tray for each print job. I suspect this will be the case on all the large printers in the building.

UPDATE: This was a pretty easy fix. There is a slider on the print tray that needs to be set to letter instead of A4 paper. All is working now. Thanks to the IT boys for getting everything back up and running properly.
