The ILLiad link (“Borrow from another library”) on the link resolver results page is currently producing an error message and not directing users to the ILLiad login site. We’re working on trying to fix this and have reported the problem to OCLC Support. In the meantime just send users to the direct ILLiad link where they can manually complete an ILL request for articles that we don’t have access to. https://utc.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html
