Hi – what w/campus’ Great Password Update, passing along that it is entirely possible we will encounter students for whom their UTC IDs and UTK NetIDs do not match/have not been merge, similar to what we’ve seen in the past with some of our accounts. If a student is not able to log into the new password site using their standard UTC credentials, you can verify their NetID via UTK’s directory to make sure it matches: directory.utk.edu/search. If it doesn’t, they will need to contact x4000. It’s been confirmed to have occurred for at least a handful of students, particularly those who had previously applied to UTK.
