Though physically present, the Mocs Card machine has parts that are undergoing repair, thus rendering it out of order.
In the interim during repair:
-If students need to add money to their Mocs Card. Please refer them to, or walk them through the process of adding scrappy cash via the GET website https://get.cbord.com/utc/
-If a student is unable to add money via the GET site, please send print job as guest, add bypass card ID, and swipe the bypass print card for them.
If they need to print a small amount, rather than having them add the required minimum $5 in scrappy cash, it’s fine to send print job as guest, add bypass card ID, and swipe the bypass print card for them.
-If a student is unable to view their balance, or register their NEW Mocs Card at the printer on first swipe, send print job as guest, add bypass card ID, and swipe the bypass print card for them.
-please send community guests to copy services to print M-F 8-5. If community patrons need to print after hours and on weekends, please send print job as guest, add bypass card ID, and swipe the bypass print card for them.
-When in doubt or unsure, please send print job as guest, add bypass card ID, and swipe the bypass print card.
-If you happen to notice that a bypass card has a balance of less than $5, please email Evie-Deal@utc.edu and Cc libcirc@utc.edu alerting us to the balance.
-Faculty can charge to their cost center. If there are issues with doing so, please send print job as guest, add bypass card ID, and swipe the bypass print card for them.
-In the event of absolute fire; aka no balance on bypass cards, you can print from the Commons desk as a last resort.
