With the commons over 2/3 of the way finished with the new image, now might be the time to remind everyone of a couple things with the Adobe changes.
1. PDF’s default to open in the browser. This is done to avoid someone having to credential in just to view something. If editing is required, patrons will need to download and open with Adobe Acrobat and credential in.
2. Part time staff (as defined by HR/IRIS), adjuncts and affiliates/friends, DO NOT have access to Adobe Pro.
Hopefully campus will continue to blast the licensing/credentialing info to all students, faculty and staff as fall semester approaches.
