The printer on the right has been dormant for some time. GoPrint never sends print jobs to Printer 1, they all go to Printer 2. Bill J told me on Monday he thought the load balancing settings needed to be fixed, but apparently they have not been. I have called him twice about it today but have not heard back.
There were a few network hiccups around lunchtime that caused a few dropped jobs, but near the end of my shift (2pm) it seemed to be behaving properly again. Please remember to blog any GoPrint problems and call Bill J or Phillip (numbers are posted on the phone chart taped to the refesk PC).
