I discovered a new glitch with GoPrint yesterday – it was confirmed by the MOCS card office. If a student tries to print more than $20 worth of prints at one time (with the same card), they will get an error message of insufficient funds (regardless of how much money is on the card). The MOCS card office raised this level to $30 yesterday. So, if a student has more than $30 worth of printing, they will need to select a portion of the jobs, swipe and print, then select the remaining jobs and swipe. I think it’s strange that we have never run into this before – just going with what the MOCS card folks told me.
