Several times lately the volume has been muted on the left hand desk computer where we receive our instant messages. This means the librarian on duty cannot hear the sound that indicates a new IM has arrived. We are missing IMs that need to be answered because of this. Please, do not turn down the volume on the speaker or change the audio settings on the computer itself to mute the sound. Thanks!
