Some students are reporting that they are unable to log onto some of the Commons Macs. If you are on the reference desk & this occurs, take down the number of the Mac from the sticker on the machine, & have the student try other machines until they are able to successfully log on. We know what’s causing the issue, but unsure the why & the how just yet.
