Hello,
GoPrint 1 in the Commons is acting erratically again. The patron’s ID would appear on the touch screen, only when you get about halfway through the process, it pops up a blank screen with only one button to press, sign out. When you select it, it takes you back to the home screen with all the ID’s. Try again, same thing. I tried turning the touch screen off then back on to no avail.
GoPrint 1 has been labeled out of order.
Unable to replicate…able to print without issue. Put back into service for now.
