We’ve had a couple of Macs get stuck logged into student’s accounts so that when another student comes to it, it doesn’t allow them to put their own UTCID in. This is happening when students walk away from the Mac without logging out- it’s timing out & locking because the Macs don’t force a restart the way that the PCs do. If the Mac gets stuck, just force it to restart (hold down the button in the back) & all will be well.
