There have been some issues with chat auto-logging out at least at the Commons desk. Please check chat when you arrive at the desk (or each hour if consecutive shifts) to ensure it is working but do so by clicking the red Ask-a-Librarian comment cloud on the homepage. In the librarian chat interface, it can appear as green and “Available” but may actually not be so.
