I had two patrons in a row come to circ reporting that GoPrint failed to print their complete jobs. In both cases only the first couple of pages printed despite the patron being charged for the entire job.
I called the computer lab to verify if they were having problems too. They said not that they knew but no one had printed lately. I then rebooted both printers on 1st, and watched to see that the next couple of patrons got their print outs without issue.
Since we had no reports of issues with the 2nd floor printer and the reboot appearred to have solved the issue with 1st floor, I did not notify GoPrint.
