[UPDATE] Wireless is available but may be erratic. Click through any Bradford screen, laptop should eventually connect.
From Banner:
“We’ve seen problems in the Banner offices this morning with laptops. There was also one report of requiring a new patch that had just come out, then going into remediation over and over.”
From Networks:
That’s exactly what it looks like (to the user) when it can’t flip vlans.
Christopher has patched the Aruba to let wireless users simply “connect” for now until we get Bradford fixed. Wireless users should now go straight onto production vlan. If not, they may need to disconnect (for a few minutes) and reconnect to pick up the correct vlan.”
Bradford hardware failure.
From Networks:
“Our primary Campus Manager control server failed last night at ~10:45 PM. This morning, it was found “dead in the water” and will not even power up. The secondary controller attempted to take control, but is having issues with the Aruba controller. Wireless access is very unpredictable at this point.
A ticket is open with Bradford support and we’re working to resolve the problem.”
