ORIGINAL POST: According to the Ex Libris System Status page (we are Alma NA03 & Primo VE NA03), Alma Analytics are currently down.
It is fairly common for analytics to go down for brief periods of time, so I don’t normally make an announcement when that happens. But, this seems to be a much more extensive outage, so I’m sending out a heads up. Ex Libris is confident that our data is safe and that only access to the data has been affected.
