We had difficulty closing the handicap door tonight. The rachet arm at the top kept folding the wrong direction. After several attempts at opening the door with the outside press button the door finally swung open enough for us to manually encourage the arm to fold the proper direction so the door could be locked. Just a warning that this may occur again and we might not be so lucky getting it to close properly.
