We are encountering an issue where students are unable to log into Microsoft Office, even though they have been able to do so in the past and can still log into other campus systems (e.g., Canvas). In all cases, the last time they successfully logged in was before the Microsoft migration. If you encounter this at a service desk,
- Refer the student to the IT Help Desk (x4000) for assistance.
- Email the student’s name and ID to [email protected]. Please also note if the student is using a laptop and whether it is a library laptop.
