The Sharepoint Print Refund Request Form was broken during the Microsoft migration and hasn’t been rebuilt yet. In the meantime, there are two options for helping people with printing issues:
- Use a bypass card, available at the Info Desk or Check Out Desk. (Be sure to log any use of the bypass card.)
- If the bypass card isn’t a good option (for example, the student just wants a refund, not their job to be reprinted), then email the following information to Stacy Chapman:
- Patron name
- Patron’s UTC ID
- # of pages
- whether the print job was B&W or color
- reason for the refund request
