1st floor color printer trapping print jobs again without ability to clear. Displaying “user exception” message for students trying to print.
Mocs Print not working for first time printers. Tried having them swipe at printer and register before going to Mocs Print and that fixed only one or two of the issues. Rest of students could not use Mocs Print or print at all even after registration.
