You may have noticed a new feature on the library website…look for the little tab on the left hand side of the page. This is a new feedback mechanism we’re testing, called Get Satisfaction.
It’s a web 2.0 customer relationship and feedback site, that allows for an integrated set of feedback options for people who visit your website. They can ask questions, give feedback, or give praise, and the system tracks when, who answers them, etc.
If you have any questions, feel free to let me know. It’s an experiment, but the price is right (free) and it gives us a lot more power than the current web form.
