Several students have tried to use the e-mailed instructions for changing their NetID password without success. According to what one of the 425-4000 folks told a student, they may log in to MyMocsNet, choose the Services tab, scroll to the bottom on the left and click on a link to change their password. Another help desk person told a different student to click on the link to log into MyMocsNet and then click on Forgot Password (under the picture.)
