Last week we were told to send students to the UC Computer Lab for help configuring laptops. That is no longer the case. Students have two option: 1. call 4000 to start work order 2. go to itd.utc.edu/forms, fill out tahe form labeled Student IT Support Desk, and they will be contacted to set up an appointment. It was explained to me by Jim? that he only has a few folks and they’re really busy. Hope this helps with questions.
