The Respondus Lock Down Browser (used in some cases by student taking tests through BlackBoard) is failing after returning an incorrect version error on all of our public computers (laptops and desktops).
The Lock Down Browser is working in the UC student lab, so students can take tests there until Stephen can resolve the issue.
[Update] 2/3 of the laptops have the updated Respondus Lock Down Browser installed now. Scott will finish the last 20 on Monday, 11/21. The desktops will be updated the weekend before finals (can’t image them any sooner). –Stephen
