When students do not receive print jobs, please call (4690) or email (bill-johnson@utc.edu) Bill Johnson with the following information: Computer#, # of pages lost, type of document (Word, PPT, etc), name of document if known, and approximate time the incident occurred. He is forwarding all of this to GoPrint support for their assistance with troubleshooting. Invite the student to apply for a refund (link to the form is on front desk PC desktop) and let them print their job again from a wing PC if they cannot get their job to print successfully through GoPrint.
