Some patrons are reporting that their print jobs are not making it to the Go Print release station. What’s happening is that the default printer for some machines is set to PDF Creator rather than the 1st or 2nd floor print stations.
Stephen is aware of the issue. If you receive a similar report from a patron, it might be worth looking over their shoulder when they re-print to see if the default printer is correct — or just send it to a release station from the desk.
