Several students have mentioned that that their computer number/print jobs do not appear at the release station. I discovered that a number of these missing jobs are appearing under one IP address (10.28.19.215) — worth a look if someone has this problem.
* Update – When this happens, if possible, please make a note of which computer is having the issue. Then, notify Will and give him the computer name, and he will contact Campus IT and have them fix it on their end.
