I have entered a trouble call to the helpdesk for the following:
When logging in a “libraryguest” on library public workstations the following message appears: “Login-lgnwnt32.DLL-890: the specified server is unknown.” There is an OK button, which when clicked does allow the login to proceed.
Logging in with my own UTCID works normally. Logging in to eDirectory as “libraryguest” after having already logged in as myself also seems to work normally. This occurs on more than one workstation.
This is new since imaged the workstations a couple months ago.
