To submit a MocsPrint refund request:
1. Go to https://spaces.utc.edu/sites/goPrint/ – Save or bookmark this address for future use.
2. Log in with YOUR UTCID and password. You are the submitter for the student.
3. Complete all of the required fields in the form, and click Submit.
4. The student will receive a confirmation email and all pending refunds will be processed once a week.
One thing Charlie and I noticed while testing, you have to select what type of printer first (B&W or Color) before the drop down fields populate for Printer Location. These are bookmarked on both reference computers for both Chrome and FF. I will also add them to the Circulation desk as well.
