The emergency stairwell, the one the one by vending machines, has been opened to provide student access to the 2nd and 3rd floors. We lost an elevator yesterday and Facilities has closed our public stairwell due to a tread issue.
We have placed signs and easels on the 2nd and 3rd floor landing, as well in front of the public stairwells/elevators so students are aware. Facilities is doing what they can to expedite the repair of the elevator and the stairwell.
