Some users are experiencing problems with remote access authentication to our databases. This problem is related to some students’ inability to log in to computers within the library.
If you come across a student with this problem please ask them to reset their password at https://iam.utc.edu (they can do this only if they have set up challenge questions).
If that still doesn’t work please suggest that they call 425-4000.
This is not something that we can fix here within the library – our proxy is querying the campus authentication system directly.
