Troy called the Reference Desk this evening to let us know that the queue to the right side printer on the first floor has been disabled, so the first floor station is back in business with all print jobs being directed to the left side printer. If a problem arises in the evening or during the first couple morning ref desk shifts, Troy asks that we contact him directly.
Also, the black and white printer on the second floor is displaying a printer maintenance message–a footprints request has been submitted.
