Both printers are currently off and students are being directed to print at the 2nd floor station.
The right-side library printer is acting up again. This time there is a new problem (possibly with duplexing?) that results in an error message and the instructions to turn the printer off and then on again. This is not fixing the problem though. Jobs are being lost and the queue is not switching over to the left printer. I’ve asked that the right printer be marked out of order, the queue disabled, and continue with the left printer until a service call can be made.
