In addition to all of the other woes, the 1st floor printer is not properly load balancing. Some print jobs are going to the wrong printer anyway (as seen in the queue). In consultation with Nicole, we have just shut the first floor printers down entirely. On a maybe positive note, the IT folks just showed up to replace the toner in the second floor printer.
Troy has kindly taken care of our load balancing issue and printing to the left-hand printer on 1st floor has been restored.
