[Update] The red splotches reappeared this afternoon. IT was able to come out to look at it. They think it’s a defective ink cartridge and are getting a replacement.
The 2nd floor color printer is leaving red splotches on all the print jobs. It has been placed out of order and reported via footprints.
Looks like it’s fixed.
