I am writing to communicate some work that the Strategy Team (vice chancellors, deans and associate provosts) have leaned into over the last few weeks. As we work towards long-range goals that will be articulated in our new strategic plan, Strategy 2030, the importance of sharing the yearly focus of campus leaders for 2024 is elevated. A couple of weeks ago, I shared my goals with the campus community. It is important to share goals across divisions to accomplish key initiatives that lead to our collective long-range aspirations. We hope you find the Strategy Team Goals valuable. The document shares some of the key goals for each division on campus for the remainder of 2024. This does not encompass everything, but it gives a clearer view regarding the focus areas for the remainder of 2024.
We hope this provides clarity and sparks interest about areas within your domain(s) or areas outside of your respective division that you may want to learn more about or may even be directly or indirectly supporting.
