The Office of Facilities, Planning, and Management is searching for a Project/Archive Manager (Facilities Design Services Professional 2 – MR12) to join their team.
The Project/Archive Manager will manage assigned capital and local projects from bid through project close-out as well as local projects not requiring bid documents from planning through close-out. The Project/Archive Manager will act as UTC’s representative in ensuring compliance with programmatic requirements, applicable codes, industry standards, best practices, specifications, and incorporation of campus standards into every project, as well as liaison with university user groups affected by projects, providing clear communications and managing expectations.
