UTC employee participation is requested for an anonymous survey about your knowledge, beliefs and attitudes about monkeypox. This survey will take less than 5 minutes to complete. This survey will help us better understand employee current knowledge of monkeypox, plans for precautions, and education/communication preferences from the campus.
