The Office of Student and Family Engagement is excited to announce the dates for our spring welcome week: January 9-13, 2023. Our 2023 Winter Welcome calendar is jam-packed with a ton of programs and events to help welcome you back in the spring. Follow @utc_engage on Twitter and Instagram to keep up to date on event details.
Event Submissions
During this week, we hope to offer a wide variety of events for our students. If you are hosting an event or program during the first week of classes (January 9-13), please consider submitting your event to the official Winter Welcome calendar found on the Winter Welcome website.
Please complete this form to submit an event for our calendar.
The priority deadline to submit events for the Winter Welcome calendar is Tuesday, January 3. Events received by this date will be added to our Winter Welcome website before class begins. The final deadline to submit events is 1 p.m. on Friday, January 6. Events received after that date are not guaranteed to appear on the Winter Welcome website.
Including your event on our calendar has many benefits, such as:
- Gaining exposure for your office or department
- Connecting with students to showcase departmental resources or services
- Showcasing some of the programs, events or services your area provides throughout the year
- Helping us foster a welcoming, positive environment to set the tone for a great year
- Providing an opportunity for your staff to come together as a team and have fun as you host an event for students
