The Office of Research and Sponsored Programs is pleased to announce that the FY2022 Annual Report has been published on our website. The annual report captures UTC faculty and staff’s commitment to teaching and learning, outreach, creative endeavors, and scholarly inquiry through sponsored activity achievements. Here are some quick statistics that capture these achievements:
- In FY2022, UTC faculty and staff prepared and submitted 203 proposals with a collective potential dollar value slightly more than $65 million—a 21% decrease in funds requested over FY2021.
- In FY2022, awards totaled nearly $14 million in funds for outreach, scholarship, and student support plus an additional $1.2 million in HEERF funding in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
